The Network Engineer serves as the primary technical authority for networking across routing, switching, wireless, data center, and security domains, while ensuring high availability, compliance, and operational excellence across global environments.

Key Responsibilities

Network Architecture & Operations

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Conduct regular service reviews, present network performance metrics, and provide clear status and risk reporting to stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to align network services with client and business objectives.

Monitoring, Governance & Reporting

  • Review monitoring data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, and ensure periodic performance reporting to clients.

Transformation & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational best practices.
  • Promote standardization, scalability, and reliability across network platforms and services.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Solid experience in network infrastructure and network security roles, with experience in a lead or techno-managerial position.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in routing, switching, and network security, including design, deployment, and troubleshooting.

  • Solid experience with Cisco Nexus and ACI in data center or large enterprise environments.
