As a part of Capital Markets practice within the agile and distributed Global Network team, you will contribute as a strategic partner, helping shape new business models, collaborate with clients in unconventional ways, rediscover their purpose, and commit to constant innovation.
Bring in your Capital Markets domain expertise and transformation experience to enable investment banks, broker-dealers, custodians and asset managers modernize their reconciliation, financial control, and operating models. Help us reshape the industry with the following initiatives:
- Lead and support reconciliation and financial controls transformation programs across Capital Markets organizations
- Drive business analysis, requirements definition and functional documentation for platform modernization initiatives
- Assess current-state processes and design target operating models across Front, Middle and Back Office
- Support implementation of reconciliation and control platforms (e.g., TLM, Intellimatch, Duco, BlackLine or similar)
- Drive structured change management including stakeholder alignment, impact assessment and adoption support
- Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets trade lifecycle (Front-to-Back)
- Deep knowledge of reconciliation processes, financial controls, and sub-ledger to GL frameworks
- Solid understanding of financial products (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives)
- Familiarity with regulatory environment (SEC, FINRA, Basel, EMIR etc.)
- Exposure to Capital Markets platforms (e.g., Murex, Calypso, Broadridge, Aladdin, Charles River)
Qualifikationen

Tier 1 MBA School
-
6–10 years of experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Custody, or Asset/Wealth Management

Hands-on experience working on reconciliation or financial control transformation initiatives

Experience implementing or supporting reconciliation platforms (TLM, Intellimatch, Duco, BlackLine or similar)

Experience in system implementation or operating model transformation programs

Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
