Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure project goals are met. - Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics. - Strong understanding of data integration and reporting tools. - Experience with data visualization and analytics platforms. - Proficiency in using APIs for system integration. - Familiarity with low-code development environments. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
