Lead complex and cross-functional engagements to drive growth and expansion.

Develop strong relationships with senior leadership and act as a strategic advisor.

Master proficiency in Mining Operations.
Master proficiency in Mining Planning and Scheduling.
A minimum of 12 of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

Qualifikationen
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Technology, Economics, Accounting, Administration, or equivalent. Advanced degrees are a plus.
5 10 years of experience in Mining companies, technology firms servicing the Mining sector, or consulting roles related to Mining.
Deep expertise in Sales Pursuit Management within the Mining industry is critical.
Solid proficiency in Account Management, focused on Mining technology solutions, is highly recommended.
Proven track record in client proposals, business relationship building, and development.
Consulting experience in technological solutions or strategies aligned with Mining challenges.
Exceptional interpersonal and team leadership skills.
Strong understanding of innovative technologies applicable to the Mining industry, such as IoT, AI, data analytics, sustainability solutions, and operational efficiency tools.
