◆業務内容
企業におけるデジタルトランスフォーメーションを推進する。お客様の業務やビジネスモデルそのものを理解したうえで、管理方針、プロセスを策定し、プロジェクトの遂行を担当します。
◆役割・期待
主にデジタルトランスフォーメーションプロジェクトに配属され、業務とシステムの全体構想を考慮しながらプロジェクト運営を行います。スケジュール/スコープ/コスト/リソース/リスク/調達の各種管理に対しての実行を担います。
・スクラムチームにおいては、常に変化に身を置き、計画変更を受け入れるようなアジャイルチームビルディング・コーチ
