ご入社後は、リテール業界チームへの所属となり、深い業界知見を武器に、社内外のメンバーとプロジェクトを組みながら、業界全体またはお客様の社会的価値・企業価値が向上するためのプラン策定や変革の実行をリードします。
◆業務詳細
下記のようなテーマに携わり、業界全体、お客様の変革を全面的に支援しています。
・スーパー/GMS/アパレル/CVS/HC/ドラッグストア/百貨店/EC/統合リゾート/ホテル/旅行業などに特化したクライアントアドバイザー
・企業価値向上に向けた改革の推進、業務改革・デジタル変革など各専門部署と連携した多岐に亘るプロジェクト遂行
◆応募要件
・リテール業界（スーパー/GMS/アパレル/CVS/HC/ドラッグストア/百貨店/EC/統合リゾート/ホテル/旅行業など）における業務経験3年以上
・産業構造変革に対する熱意
・他者を巻き込むコミュニケーション能力
◆望ましい経験・スキル
・コンサルティング経験
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
・英語を用いた実務経験
・テクノロジー/デジタルに関する知見・経験・熱意
