We have an unwavering commitment to equality and justice for all, zero tolerance for racism, bigotry, and hate of any kind, and we stand against all violence, no excuses.
It is up to each and every one of us to take a stand against racism by speaking up when we see any form of bigotry, injustice or racism.
In the US, we recently laid out actions we will be taking, including setting goals to help increase our percentage of African American/Black and Hispanic American/Latinx leaders and people overall; adding new trainings to help our people identify, speak up and report racism; and identifying specific opportunities to collaborate with our communities and other partners.
These actions will accelerate our stance against racism inside and outside of Accenture, create more opportunities for employment and advancement for our communities of color, and help us become more inclusive and diverse.
Unfortunately, racism and bigotry are global problems and not just confined to the US. Learn more below about the actions we are taking around the world to become a truly inclusive and diverse company in every market where we operate.
We are setting goals, taking comprehensive action, and holding ourselves accountable. Together, we will act, and we will lead.
