Being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way from Bucharest.
How you'll make an impact:
Manage end-to-end Onboarding, Employee Movement, and CoreHR;
Oversee compensation and pension-related processes for employees;
Collaborate closely with vendors, recruiters, and client SMEs to ensure seamless CoreHR and onboarding operations;
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in Workday and Salesforce;
Track, analyze, and report on CoreHR and onboarding metrics and trends;
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding CoreHR and onboarding-related queries;
Ensure timely and accurate processing of all CoreHR and onboarding transactions;
Contribute to continuous process improvements and standardization initiatives.

Qualifikationen
Skills that make your work successful:
Good communication, written and oral, proficient in English ( B2-C1);
Experience in Customer Service, Back Office or any other area;
Good Client handling skills;
Problem-solving and analysis skills, well organized and attentive to details;
Proactive, positive attitude and approach;
Accepts responsibility as an individual and works well within a team.
