This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of platform strategies and operating models for our clients. You will work closely with senior managers and clients to analyze business needs, research technology trends, and contribute to the design of effective platform solutions. Key Responsibilities

Platform Strategy Support

• Assist in the development of platform strategies that align with business goals.
• Conduct research on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive platforms.
• Support platform assessments to identify optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to the analysis of client requirements to recommend appropriate platform solutions.
• Help develop business cases and ROI analyses.

Architecture Design and Governance

• Support the analysis of clients’ current-state platform landscapes, including applications, integrations between platforms, and infrastructure components.
• Assist in the development of architectural diagrams, models, and documentation that capture business and technical requirements.
• Support the design of future-state platform architectures, addressing critical gaps and opportunities in the current platform and target platform environment.

Operational Model Support

• Assist in the design and documentation of operating models for platform delivery and operations.
• Support the definition of governance structures, processes, and metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate platform operations with other business functions.
• Contribute to the development of frameworks for platform lifecycle management.

Team Collaboration

• Support and mentor junior analysts, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm's methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Support recruitment and onboarding efforts to build and scale the team's capabilities in line with business growth.
