Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of tailored software solutions that meet specific business requirements. Your typical day will involve designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions, collaborating with team members to address challenges and improve processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high-quality standards. - Participate in the testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. - Mentor junior team members and assist in their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps. - Strong understanding of application development principles and methodologies. - Experience with integrating Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services such as SharePoint and Microsoft Flow. - Familiarity with user interface design principles and best practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Microsoft Power Apps. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
