The individual supports the entire lifecycle of service management, addressing any operational challenges promptly to maintain client satisfaction. Coordination with various teams and stakeholders is a key part of the day, focusing on minimizing risks and ensuring that all production systems and devices function optimally without disruption.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks impacting service delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Experience with monitoring and managing production IT systems and infrastructure.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to improve service delivery processes.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Indore office.
