- Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and best practices to enhance analytical approaches.
- Assist junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on complex data challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MongoDB Administration.
- Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
- Strong understanding of data storage, retrieval, and security principles.
- Ability to manage and maintain large-scale database environments.
- Familiarity with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes related to database systems.
