Summary:
As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing organizational processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing the current state of business models, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct research, gather data, and synthesize information to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Collaboration with various teams will be essential as you work to align business needs with technological capabilities, ensuring that solutions are both effective and sustainable.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as the SME for the Icon product, providing technical and functional expertise to internal teams and clients.
- Design and implement payment solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards.
- Lead the integration and configuration of payment systems, including SWIFT, FPS, and other payment networks.
- Develop and maintain payment message formats, including MX, XML, and ISO 20022 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define payment architecture and ensure seamless system interoperability.
- Provide guidance on payment processing workflows, including clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of payment systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the payments domain.
- Support the development of technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, process flows, and user guides.
- Mentor and train team members on payment systems, standards, and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Volante Volpay.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Payments Fundamentals, Finastra Fusion Global PAYplus (GPP), Fiserv Enterprise Payments Platform.
- Proven experience as an SME in the payments domain, with expertise in the Icon product.
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, including SWIFT, Faster Payments (FPS), and other real-time payment networks.
- Hands-on experience with payment message formats such as MX, XML, and ISO 20022.
- Solid understanding of payment architecture, including system design, integration, and optimization.
- Familiarity with end-to-end payment processing workflows, including clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Experience with middleware, APIs, and integration tools for payment systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex payment issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the payments industry.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Volante Volpay.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
