What would you do? Ensure accurate, fast, first-time-right activation of telecom services from order receipt to service go-live, minimizing fallout and rework.
What are we looking for? • Telecom products: MPLS, DIA, SD-WAN, Voice, Wireless • Network fundamentals: IP, VLANs, bandwidth, routing concepts • Order Management & Provisioning systems (Amdocs/ Netcracker / ServiceNow) • Strong understanding of activation workflows • Excel / data analysis (validation & reconciliation) • KPls • Order cycle time (TAT) • Fallout rate • First-time-right activation % • Rework reduction L1 L2 trouble shooting & telecom • ServiceNow Order Management • Inventory systems exposure • Understanding of network configs (read-level) • Automation mindset (workflow improvement) written & verbal comm.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end Order to Activate lifecycle • Validate customer orders for technical & commercial feasibility • Coordinate with Sales, Network, Field Ops, and Vendors • Configure services via provisioning systems • Track order fallout and drive resolution • Ensure billing readiness & clean handover to Assurance • Maintain activation SLAs and documentation •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
