Qualifikationen
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: (5+ years of experience)
- React next.js Development Expertise: Strong proficiency in react next.js to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of web applications.
- Azure DevOps Skills: Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and integration processes.
- Project Management: Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet business goals.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration across teams, including QA, Product Management, and Operations.
- Team Leadership: Manage and guide a growing team of junior developers, providing mentorship and fostering skill development.
- Agile/Scrum Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to apply them effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent debugging/troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Version Control and Git: Advanced skills in Git, including expertise in branching strategies, repository structuring, and best practices.
- Advanced English (C1-C2)
