- Based on the methodology defined, support NEO local team in the coordination of data cleansing
- Onboard the local team for the migration of the data under their responsibility: Leading onboarding workshops, supporting the team in defining the migration approach specificities and mapping
- Validate the data migration deliverables
- Ensure all tasks related to their objects are delivered within the defined timeline, proactively anticipating risks and coordinating with adjacent objects and teams
- Act as first line of support for migration defects and data issues
- Support application owners by providing inputs for data propagation and downstream impacts
- Lead post-migration REX definition for the assigned scope and entity
Qualifikationen
- Expert proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Expert proficiency in SAP Data Migration.
- Functional and technical knowledge of their objects
- System knowledge (SAP, EBX)
- Solid understanding of data quality & flows: ETL, reconciliation/validation
- Ability to engage local to understand their context and propose most appropriate migration approach, in line with methodology
- Transversal management, animating Tech/Business stakeholders
- Ability to manage cross-object dependencies and operate effectively within a complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystem
- E2E understanding of data quality impacts on migration/processes
- •Strong affinity with problem-solving with a pragmatic delivery mindset
