Key Responsibilities :
Involve in project implementation, business requirements analysis, business process design, HRIS system design and configuration, system testing and user training and go-live support
Gathering user requirement, translating functional document into technical specification
Ability to analyze business problems and provide technical advice
Qualifikationen
Here’s What You Need:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources or related disciplines
At least 1.5 years hands-on experience and 1 full cycle in HRIS Projects Implementation
Experience in business requirements analysis, business process design, HRIS system design and configuration, system testing and user training and go-live support
Certification in SuccessFactors Modules either EC, EC payroll, RCM, ONB, LMS, PMGM, Succession, CDP, Compensation is a plus
Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Good command of English and Mandarin
Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position.
