As an SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Senior Analyst, you will lead the planning, design, and implementation of the Time Off module to optimize business processes and improve end-to-end performance. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will ensure alignment with business requirements through process analysis, design/redesign, and organizational structure definition. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor team members, and contribute to strategic decisions while delivering innovative solutions that meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Implementation:

  • Lead the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Time Off module to enhance business function performance.

  • Ensure alignment with business requirements by conducting process analysis, redesigning workflows, and defining organizational structures.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress, milestones, and deliverables.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive consensus.

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across functions.

3. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in Time Off module implementation.

  • Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and feedback among team members.

  • Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key strategic decisions across multiple teams.

4. Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

  • Provide innovative solutions to address challenges and improve team and organizational performance.

5. Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors Time Off module, offering insights and guidance to ensure successful implementation.

  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SAP HCM Compensation Management, Business Process Design, and Business Process Implementation.

Qualifikationen

Technical Expertise:

  • Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Off module configuration and implementation.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Compensation Management.

  • Experience in Business Process Design and Business Process Implementation.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Time Off solutions, including stakeholder engagement and project management.

  • Hands-on experience in analyzing performance metrics and driving optimization strategies.

  • Experience in facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders to business goals.

Skills:

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans.

  • Strong analytical skills to identify performance gaps and implement solutions.

  • Leadership and mentoring skills to guide team members and foster collaboration.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Ability to engage with multiple teams and contribute to strategic decisions across functions.

  • Strong communication skills to facilitate workshops and ensure stakeholder alignment.
