Scope

  • Individual contributor and/or oversees a small work effort and/or team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team court calendar, budgets, and status of invoice payments, including creating requests in Demand Management and T360 tools.
  • Support the Litigation team in different geographies in drafting and reviewing different contractual documentation, including but not limited to Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statement of Works (SOWs), Change Requests (CRs), settlement agreements, notices of breach, termination and demand letters, etc.
  • Demonstrate extensive understanding of Accenture services, contracting and contract management policies; ecosystem of each project and the various players, their roles and input and to develop an understanding of the roles of our internal clients, the roles of the function supported, and the role of the different functions within a project as well as the different phases of a proposal and the project.
  • Evaluate contractual documentation to establish cause of action, potential risks/exposures, and liaise with the respective CM and business teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with the stakeholders dispersed across geographies.
  • Directly liaising with internal stakeholders for documentation/evidence gathering, and external stakeholders on matters entrusted to them for status updates, new requests, etc.
  • Responsible on smaller matters and/or work within team on a large complex matter

  • Team members providing services on a project, account or portfolio of accounts.

External Relationships

  • Client commercial, procurement, contract management, business executives, outside counsels, vendors, corporate functions.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law/ Juris Doctor Degree

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

LDM’ Knowledge and Experience

  • Preferably 2 years’ + of experience at law firm and/or as in-house counsel.
  • Must have at least 2-year experience in Litigation or Arbitration practice
  • Ability and experience to advice on the management dispute matters
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in contracts’ review.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, stakeholders and executives at all levels of the organization.
  • Good time-management, prioritization, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to consistently undertake contract review and drafting to a reasonable standard with limited external inputs.
  • Display a high level of responsiveness and follows through on commitments.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and flexible.
