The Role:
Proactively partners with account teams to develop sourcing strategies for complex project talent needs.
Responsibilities:
Actively participate in the New Business Meetings (NBMs) and leverage the information on upcoming demand to proactively inform talent actions
Connect people to projects for large/complex client ramp-ups as the business requires (attend key calls, generate metrics, direct Talent Connector team)
Provide transparency to opportunities and the demand pipeline and discuss priorities and current/future fulfillment gaps with CG leadership
Proactively define, review and validate project sourcing strategies
Provide expertise around connecting people to projects for client teams across Service/MU and internal and external sources (internal, recruiting, contractors, up-skilling)
Work closely with the Client Group Lead to verify prioritization of talent needs and ensure early visibility to demand pipeline (including development roles for Analysts and Apprentices)
Collaborate with the Solution Architects and Client Executives to give input to sourcing plans, including guidance on risks and opportunities
Connect with client teams to provide aggregate client delivery opportunities and risks and help resolve fulfillment of overdue roles
Foster a culture of ONE HR by collaborating closely with Talent Futurists, HR Partners and sharing expertise and coaching with Talent Connectors to build their decision making, collaboration and problem-solving skills
Supervising and coaching Talent Scout Specialists
Play an active role in defining and / or adapting best practice as the Talent Scout function comes to life
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
