About the role:

As a Sales Capture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in originating and winning complex, high‑value consulting and technology deals within the Financial Services sector. This role sits at the heart of Accenture’s growth agenda, combining strategic relationship management, deal shaping, and sales leadership.

You will work closely with C‑level executives, client account leadership, and cross‑functional teams to shape demand, position differentiated value, and drive successful sales pursuits from early ideation through deal closure.

The work:

  • Building trusted‑advisor relationships with C‑level and senior executives, driving strategic dialogue and positioning Accenture’s integrated value across consulting, technology, data and operations.

  • Originating and shaping complex, high‑value opportunities, leading industry‑specific value selling and owning the end‑to‑end origination lifecycle.

  • Driving demand generation and market expansion by translating offerings, assets and differentiators into clear client value and higher win rates.

  • Leading disciplined pursuits and capture strategies, mobilizing senior SMEs across Accenture to execute high‑quality sales cycles.

  • Demonstrating strong commercial and financial acumen to shape deals, define commercial structures, and build compelling business cases that maximize value for clients and Accenture.

  • Owning pipeline visibility and performance, ensuring accurate, timely reporting and transparency for senior leadership

Job qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience selling professional services, business consulting, or technology consulting in a senior solutioning, sales management, and/or bid management role.

  • Excellent English and Polish or Czech communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Proven B2B enterprise sales or business development track record, including value‑based selling to C‑level executives.

  • Demonstrated success in identifying, shaping, and selling integrated solutions (consulting, technology, data & analytics, operations).

  • Track record of achieving and exceeding multi‑million‑dollar sales targets across multiple sales cycles.

  • Mandatory experience in Financial Services, specifically Banking and/or Insurance.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise client needs, IT landscapes, and technology trends.

  • Commercial acumen to structure deals, assess economics, and build compelling business cases.

  • German language skills are an advantage.

  • Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and persuasion capabilities.

  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders across diverse, global teams.

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel in line with client and project needs.
