The Canada Marketing Local Eminence Associate Manager will be part of an integrated team responsible for driving a nationally consistent strategy to build brand love and fortify our local market reputation across major industries. The team works collaboratively across Accenture to create and deliver differentiated programs to strengthen client relationships and generate sales and revenue opportunities. You’ll build relationships with our business and sales leaders to bring creative, innovative and fresh integrated experiences to our clients, community partners and people—creating a sense of belonging and advancing our growth priorities as well as what we care deeply about as a company including inclusion, equity, sustainability and community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner to design, execute and measure integrated marketing and communication strategies (industry specific or cross-industry) for key programming targeted to Accenture’s clients, community partners and/or people.
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders across Canada to ensure M+C alignment with business priorities and positioning key leaders as experts in the market.
Be data and AI driven. Research what we need to know about our target audiences to design experiences that will move the needle with our target buyers and leverage our AI tools.
Plan and execute client hosting events, client loyalty/appreciation events and sponsorships that will build on our Canada business strategy and generate leads for new conversations with our key clients.
Use Accenture’s tool SynOps and other leading marketing technologies to help us know and prioritize our work, track KPIs and ROI metrics for all marketing activities.
Collaborate on agreed-upon metrics and use data and analytics for continuous improvement.
Empower our people to drive consideration and preference with agility, precision and speed by creating reusable playbooks.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on marketing and communications experience, ideally in professional services or other B2B organizations.

Strong experience in brand management, campaign management, event marketing, client relationship marketing, program and project management, measurement and reporting.

Proven ability to operate and build trusted relationships within a large, matrixed organization.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, in Marketing or related field preferred.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
