Fiftyfive5’s team of ANZ’s most experienced qualitative and quantitative specialists continue to work with experts in data and AI, advanced analytics, digital ethnography, cultural insights, semiotics, behavioural science and cultural forecasting, and now as part of Accenture, our deep research capabilities are connected to a global network of expertise in strategy, technology, operations and digital transformation, enabling end-to-end solutions for our clients.

ROLE OVERVIEW

What you’ll do……

  • Inspire the client - You will take a lead role with all our NZ clients, developing relationships further by taking a hands-on role in the day-to-day account management, writing proposals and delivery of large, strategic programs.

  • Love solving big questions – you will develop complex qualitative approaches and utilise frameworks to develop strategic and actionable outcomes

  • Be the clients Qual Specialist - write creative discussion guides that get to the core research needs and keep participants engaged - from focus groups, to workshops, to immersion sessions

  • Be hands on - moderate interviews, online and offline – you will know how to ask the right questions to get honest answers that go beyond surface level thoughts

  • Provide commercial outcomes - deliver accurate research analysis that provides strategic and actionable outcomes – we don’t just deliver for our clients we help them embed insights into their day to day operations.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Industry experience:  10- 15 years in consultative Market Research roles

Additional experience/requirements:

  • Developing and owning client relationships that thrive and endure. Working with those clients to define their key business challenges and shape qualitative studies that will answer to those challenges.

  • Conducting, delivering and helping to deploy qualitative research that is sharp, smart, inventive, pragmatic and commercial.

  • Competent in applying a wide range of techniques to create tailored approaches
