Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Summary: As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Collaboration with various stakeholders and teams is essential to align technical solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application functionality and user experience. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials Receivables and Collections. - Strong understanding of financial application configuration and integration within cloud environments. - Experience with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application capabilities. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues to maintain application stability. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth deployment cycles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials Receivables and Collections. - This position is based at our Manila office.
