What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. The planning, executing, tracking and analysis of direct marketing campaigns. These tasks span the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of result.
What are we looking for? Education: Graduate "•Marekto: End to end understanding of Marketo Features. •Proficiency in HTML and CSS: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in coding responsive HTML email templates that render consistently across various email clients and devices. •Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Marekto and campaign execution. •Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensuring accuracy and consistency across coding and email rendering. •Email Design Best Practices: Understanding of email design principles, user experience (UX) considerations, and email deliverability best practices. •Testing and Troubleshooting: Experience in testing emails across different devices and email clients to identify and resolve rendering issues."
Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role, you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are with client teams across multiple countries and internal teams • You will be provided detailed to a moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments and the decisions that you make that would impact your work • You will need to be well versed with Virtual event setups and process using atleast any one webinar tools like ON24, WebEx, Zoom etc. • You will be required to help in the overall team s workload by managing your deliverables and help the team when required •Please note this role may require you to work in rotational shifts. Must have skills: • Core webinar setup and management experience • Strong English skills and ability to speak to clients when guiding webinar preparation sessions • Hands on experience with platforms such as ON24, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc. • Digital marketing platform experience—preferably with AEM, OCE, or similar tools • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Moderate • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with a commitment to quality • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment • Knowledge of the B2B industry and marketing in highly regulated environments, along with an understanding of current digital trend "
