Our commitment

"At Accenture, we have an unwavering commitment to diversity, and we thrive on creating a culture of inclusion. In order to become one of the world’s most innovative companies, it is crucial that our teams are filled with a wide range of perspectives and experiences."

— Peter Burns, Market Unit Lead & Financial Services Lead – Accenture Australia & New Zealand

Small changes make a big difference

At Accenture, we believe in making a positive difference every day for our stakeholders—our clients, investors and partners.

Our commitment to equality includes making our people feel that they truly belong at Accenture. As a business imperative, everyone in our organisation must, in their own way, help make each other feel included, needed and wanted.

Together, our actions—big or small—contribute to an impact that’s greater than ever.

Mariyang yapung (Onward path)

Accenture is pleased to introduce our first Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and artwork created by artist and Wonaruah woman Saretta Fielding. The RAP brings our many existing partnerships with First Nations organisations and communities into a formal, coordinated program of work that we can report on, learn from and build on each year.

Accenture’s position as partner to many of the leading businesses, organisations and governments affords us both an extraordinary opportunity and a huge responsibility to make a difference. Although Accenture is a global organisation, we have a strong Australian heritage that drives us to both celebrate the contributions of First Nations peoples – and to try to address the inequities that have persisted in this country across generations.

By delivering on our RAP and bringing our vision to life, we can help change Australia for the better, creating a more reconciled nation where First Nations peoples have the respect, opportunities and rights they deserve, and our people have pride in working for our company.
