Accenture is pleased to introduce our first Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and artwork created by artist and Wonaruah woman Saretta Fielding. The RAP brings our many existing partnerships with First Nations organisations and communities into a formal, coordinated program of work that we can report on, learn from and build on each year.

Accenture’s position as partner to many of the leading businesses, organisations and governments affords us both an extraordinary opportunity and a huge responsibility to make a difference. Although Accenture is a global organisation, we have a strong Australian heritage that drives us to both celebrate the contributions of First Nations peoples – and to try to address the inequities that have persisted in this country across generations.

Stepping up to support our female athletes

Accenture is the inaugural foundation sponsor for the Minerva Network, a leading support network established to help Australia’s women in sport identify and navigate commercial challenges.

Senior female executives from Accenture join other leading Australian businesswomen who act as mentors to support elite female athletes to further develop leadership skills, communication techniques, career pathways and general business acumen. Through personal development and upskilling, the Minerva Network is committed to developing future leaders in our communities and for the nation.
