Stepping up to support our female athletes

Accenture is the inaugural foundation sponsor for the Minerva Network, a leading support network established to help Australia’s women in sport identify and navigate commercial challenges.

Senior female executives from Accenture join other leading Australian businesswomen who act as mentors to support elite female athletes to further develop leadership skills, communication techniques, career pathways and general business acumen. Through personal development and upskilling, the Minerva Network is committed to developing future leaders in our communities and for the nation.


Male champions of change in STEM

Bob Easton, Chairman and Senior Managing Director is a proud Champion of Change in STEM. The group leads and influences change in women’s representation in STEM.

Members have a deep commitment to advancing gender equality within their own organisations and more broadly. The Champions of Change Coalition is in a unique position to influence change and challenge the systems and stereotypes in STEM that hold women back.
