Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Construction Manager, ANS
THE WORK:
- You'll develop and direct detailed project plans, integrating technical activities to achieve strategic goals.
- You'll present and clearly explain complex proposals, reports, and findings to client stakeholders.
- You'll recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members, fostering their professional development and competence.
- You'll analyze technology trends, resource availability, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
- You'll lead cross-functional discussions with management, production, and marketing teams on project specifications and procedures.
- You'll review, negotiate, and recommend contracts and cost estimates for approval.
- You'll oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and feasibility to execution and integration.
- You'll translate technical concepts and project updates for diverse audiences, including clients and internal staff.
- You'll manage resource allocation and team performance to align with project objectives and market opportunities.
- You'll ensure project alignment with business objectives through continuous assessment of technical needs and market conditions.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

$100,000 - $150,000 a year
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
- Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred
