SAP FI/CO Functional Lead

As an SAP FI/CO Lead, you will:
Lead finance stream on S/4HANA transformation projects
Apply SAP Best Practices to create process and functional design aligned with SAP Clean Core
Contribute to building local SAP business practice
Support sales activities
Work in multi-disciplinary teams (technical, functional, business) both locally and remotely.
What We Look For:
5+ years of FI/CO experience (at least 2 years with S/4HANA), including deep FI and/or CO functional knowledge
Demonstrated consulting experience with SAP project implementation
Additional SAP Financials knowledge is a plus (e.g., Financial SCM modules, Treasury, Digital Finance)
Experience in designing technical and/or integration SAP Architecture
Familiarity with the latest SAP products, methodology, and terminology.
Knowledge of Czech and/or Slovak specifics impacting ERP solutions (VAT, Intrastat, accounting standards).
Motivation and drive to increase skills, analytical thinker and problem solver.
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Engineer or Master degree from a technical, business, or finance-related field is preferred
Proficiency in English and Czech/Slovak.
