◆業務内容
クライアントが思い描く顧客体験を実現するためのプロジェクトにおいて、クライアントが何を実現するべきかの構想策定をテクノロジー観点から推進し、デリバリーにおいてはフェーズを問わず、ビジネスとシステムの間に立ち、円滑なプロジェクト推進を支援するチームの一員を担っていただきます。
<具体的な業務>
◆構想策定
・クライアント課題×最新テクノロジーによる新たな事業機会の創出
・事業戦略を基にした事業計画の策定
◆ソリューション選定、提案活動
・クライアントのビジネス・システム状況を踏まえた適切なソリューションの検討
◆業務要件定義、システム要件定義
・ビジネスの目線は持ちつつも、後段に控えるシステム構築も視野に入れた業務要件の定義
・業務要件からシステム要件への落とし込み
◆構築、実行支援
・クライアント要件を最大限実現するためのシステム機能設計・構築
・リリース後の更なる高度化に向けたあるべき姿の策定
◆応募要件
・「業務内容」に記載のある役割を担うことで、クライアントの要望を実現し、その先にいるお客様に価値ある体験を提供することにモチベーションを感じられる方。
・IT業界経験7年以上
◆望ましい経験・スキル
・ソリューションの選定（EC,CMS,CDP,BI,MAのパッケージ製品）
・要件定義
・クライアントフェーシング(スコープ調整)
・テクノロジーを活用した事業戦略の策定
・事業計画の策定
・IT中期計画の策定
・システムブループリントの作成
・システム構築
・プロジェクトマネジメント(3rd party ベンダー管理含む)
