Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key part of daily activities, along with troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote knowledge sharing. - Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize team productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP ABAP Development. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts and development lifecycle. - Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization in SAP environments. - Familiarity with integration techniques using APIs and standard SAP tools. - Knowledge of low-code platforms and their application in extending packaged solutions. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
