Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve efficiency and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modern web development frameworks.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform features, including Apex programming and Salesforce data models.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Understanding of agile software development practices and continuous integration processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
