- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
