Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The engineer continuously explores and applies emerging technologies to create innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. Working within an agile environment, the role emphasizes adaptability and responsiveness to evolving project requirements, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable software products that enhance client services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to promote transparency and efficient problem-solving.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with Java programming and backend development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Knowledge of database management and optimization techniques.
- Ability to work with front-end technologies to support full stack development.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
