Summary:
As an AI Product Management Practitioner, a typical day involves steering the creation and enhancement of artificial intelligence products by working closely with diverse teams including data scientists, engineers, and various stakeholders. This role requires setting a clear vision and strategic direction for AI initiatives while ensuring that ethical considerations are integrated throughout the product lifecycle. The practitioner continuously monitors the performance of AI models, gathers user feedback, and makes necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes and maintain alignment with organizational goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to driving innovation and delivering impactful AI solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of AI product goals with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and emerging trends into AI product development.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI & Data Solution Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with API Management.
- Strong knowledge of AI product lifecycle management and deployment strategies.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business solutions.
- Experience in overseeing AI model performance evaluation and iterative refinement.
- Familiarity with ethical frameworks and governance in AI product development.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AI & Data Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
