In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to optimize platform configurations and integrations to enhance system efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to established standards and best practices throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration and customization within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to oversee release management processes ensuring timely and quality deployments.
- Familiarity with setting and enforcing platform standards to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to ServiceNow solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
