Project Role Description : Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.

Summary:
As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a designated business function from start to finish. This includes working closely with various stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the design or redesign of workflows and organizational components. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding the function s needs and ensuring that implementation activities align with strategic objectives, fostering seamless integration and operational efficiency across the business function.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business function improvements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their development and integration within project activities.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency and address challenges promptly.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes effectively.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end business function improvements.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address complex organizational challenges.
- Effective communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement and knowledge sharing.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
