Summary:
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will drive innovative practices into delivery. Your day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will leverage your expertise to enhance the reputation of Accenture in the marketplace, while also shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require fluid communication skills and a deep understanding of business acumen, allowing you to build trusted advisor relationships with clients and contribute to impactful delivery engagements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Strong understanding of learning management systems and their implementation.
- Experience with change management processes and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
