Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the business requirements. The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, guiding the team through challenges and driving the successful delivery of software components. Collaboration and proactive problem-solving are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across the application landscape.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in component-based architecture and modular design principles.
- Strong understanding of front-end development technologies and frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API usage within Salesforce environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
