Quality Engineering Lead
Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will develop comprehensive testing strategies that encompass the entire application lifecycle, applying your business and functional knowledge to enhance quality processes. You will also focus on defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage the testing process, ensuring that test execution and defect resolution are handled efficiently and effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Communications Order and Service Management (OSM).
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Communications Order and Service Management (OSM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
