Summary:

The position also includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent business requirements, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational goals and operational efficiency. The role demands a thoughtful approach to bridging business objectives with technological advancements through detailed process design and documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to align process improvements with organizational strategy.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
- Experience in documenting complex workflows and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate process designs and facilitate discussions.
- Familiarity with process modeling tools and methodologies to support process architecture.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
