Job Overview
We are looking for a seasoned leader to Head the Leadership & Management Learning Portfolio within Accenture LearnVantage. This strategic leadership role will own the end-to-end vision, academic strategy, portfolio growth, content governance, delivery excellence, and stakeholder engagement across Leadership & Management learning offerings.
The portfolio includes executive education programs, leadership development journeys, management certifications, and degree partnerships with premier institutes including the IIMs. The individual will lead cross-functional teams spanning academic strategy, content development, program delivery, and learning operations while working closely with enterprise clients, university partners, and internal leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Own the overall Leadership & Management Learning Portfolio strategy, roadmap, and execution.
Lead the design, governance, and continuous enhancement of leadership, management, executive education, certification, and degree programs.
Drive curriculum innovation aligned with evolving business, AI, and industry needs.
Lead large cross-functional teams across content development, instructional design, program delivery, and academic operations.
Ensure excellence in learning quality, learner engagement, program outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with enterprise clients to design customized leadership learning solutions aligned to business objectives.
Define governance frameworks, quality standards, and academic policies across the portfolio.
Drive portfolio performance through learner success metrics, NPS, completion rates, and business impact.
Mentor and develop senior academic leaders, program managers, and learning teams.
Partner with business leaders to identify growth opportunities and expand the Leadership & Management portfolio.
Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications
12+ years of experience in Academics, Leadership Learning, Management Education, Executive Education, or Enterprise Learning.
Strong experience leading large-scale Learning & Development or EdTech portfolios.
Proven leadership in managing end-to-end learning portfolios, including strategy, curriculum, content, delivery, and operations.
Experience working with premier universities (IIMs or equivalent), executive education providers, or global learning organizations.
Strong understanding of Management domains including Leadership, Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and Organizational Development.
Demonstrated experience leading senior cross-functional teams and driving organizational transformation.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging CXOs, university partners, faculty, and enterprise clients.
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence strategic decisions and portfolio growth.
