Ensure production systems are available and operating according to defined service level agreements. Drive incident and outage resolution and maintain clear communication throughout the process. Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently and effectively. Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical systems. Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate problem solving skills. Beginner analytical thinking skills. Advanced communication skills. Intermediate troubleshooting skills. Beginner customer service skills.
