Assist in ensuring production systems are available and operating smoothly. Drive incident and outage resolution while maintaining clear communication. Facilitate the restoration of services to the production environment. Establish disaster recovery procedures and uphold data retention practices. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. Intermediate proficiency in Desktop Transformation. It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Advanced proficiency in Cloud Technologies. Intermediate proficiency in Virtualization. Expert proficiency in Network Troubleshooting. Intermediate proficiency in ITIL Framework. Master proficiency in Cybersecurity Principles.
