We view sustainability as one of our greatest responsibilities. The work our more than 710,000 people do with the world’s leading businesses, organizations and governments provides us with a tremendous opportunity to help our clients, people, shareholders, partners and communities embrace change and make a positive, lasting impact.
Our strategy is to create 360° Value for all our stakeholders—to succeed not only in our financial goals but also in dimensions of value such as sustainability, inclusion and diversity, talent and more.
We have combined all our financial and environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting and data into a single, easy-to-access digital report: the Accenture 360° Value Reporting Experience. This new experience makes it easy for all Accenture stakeholders to gain a comprehensive view of our goals, progress and performance.
Capturing value for all stakeholders
We continually take steps to strengthen our reporting approach through ongoing stakeholder engagement and voluntary adherence to global non-financial reporting standards.
We continue to align with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Content Index and United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) standards as a basis for disclosure in our GRI Content Index, and we have added indices against three additional global ESG frameworks—Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Index, Task Force on Climate-related Disclosures (TCFD) Index and World Economic Forum International Business Council (WEF IBC) Index.
As reporting standards continue to evolve, we are ready for the consolidation of these frameworks in the future.
