The Work:

The Change Management & Training team is part of the Center of Excellence (COE). The COE enables Sales Excellence to deliver best-in-class offerings to Accenture leaders, practitioners, and sales teams.

As a manager on the Change Management & Training team, you will drive and contribute to change management, culture, and training initiatives. You will lead one or more key projects end-to-end, with the goal of change and adoption for both Sales Excellence teams and internal customers.

You will:

  • Plan and execute programs, campaigns, workshops, and other change initiatives.
  • Understand leadership’s vision and desired culture (beliefs, values, behaviors) for Sales Excellence
  • Gather or interpret data from interviews, surveys and other discovery methods.
  • Analyze problems, formulate hypotheses, discover insights and make recommendations.
  • Create key deliverables for each target audience. These may include communications, training resources, videos, job aids and workshop materials.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Sales Excellence, HR, Finance and other functions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Balance competing priorities with guidance.
  • Help create and execute medium to complex workplans.
  • Engage confidently with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of supporting tools and processes, with expertise in specific areas
  • Analyze and solve complex problems.

Extra credit if you have:

  • Familiarity with Accenture and sales process
  • Experience with engagement surveys, collaboration tools, and event planning tools

You May Also Need:

  • Ability to work flexible hours according to business needs.
  • Must have good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines.
