About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Partner Support Senior Analyst to join our Telco Partner Support team. In this role, you will provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting to our telco partners, ensuring their successful adoption and utilization of Cloud solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in resolving complex issues, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering strong partner relationships.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Drive telco partner success through training, sales enablement, and event management. with Cloud products and services.
- Training Support: Develop and deliver Cloud product training to telco partner sales and presales teams.
- Create training materials and follow up with teams to ensure knowledge retention.
- Sales Support: Provide sales support and coaching to telco partner sales representatives.
- Drive lead generation and pipeline development.
- Track sales performance and manage partner relationships.
- Marketing and Event Support: Coordinate and execute up to 10 annual events for telco partners.
- Manage event logistics and attendee information.
- Support partner business development activities.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Vast experience in sales support or customer support roles.
- Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, networking, and telecommunications.
- In-depth knowledge of Cloud products and services.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
