Board Composition: Updates

  • Mr. Ajay Vij has been appointed as Whole-time Director of Accenture Solutions Private Limited with effect from October 30, 2023.
  • Ms. Rekha Menon has resigned from the Board of Accenture Solutions Private Limited and the CSR Committee of the Board with effect from June 15, 2023.
  • Ms. Emma Jindal has been appointed as Whole-time Director of Accenture Solutions Private Limited with effect from March 24, 2023.
  • Mr. Ramesh L Krishnan, Director, has resigned from the Board of Accenture Solutions Private Limited and the CSR Committee of the Board w.e.f. December 1, 2021.
  • Mr. Jal Master has been appointed as Whole-time Director of Accenture Solutions Private Limited with effect from November 19, 2021.
  • Resignation of Mr. Ramesh Ramamurthy as Director of Accenture Solutions Private Limited.
  • Mr. Ramesh Ramamurthy, Director, has resigned from the Board of Accenture Solutions Private Limited w.e.f. September 1, 2021.
  • Appointment of Mr. Oankar Liddar as Director w.e.f. January 10, 2020 and Mr. Ramesh Ramamurthy and Mr. Ramesh Krishnan as Whole Time Director of Accenture Solutions Private Limited w.e.f. January 20, 2020 approved by the Members at the Annual General Meeting held on August 26, 2020.
  • Resignation of Mr. Sarma Garimella as Director of Accenture Solutions Private Limited.
  • Mr. Sarma Garimella, Director, has stepped down from the Board of Accenture Solutions Private Limited w.e.f. February 26, 2018.
