Our Graduate Programme consists of five streams: Business & Technology Integration, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Analytics, and Consulting.

Analytics

The Analytics team unlock trapped value for our clients and bring them closer to their customers by translating data into meaningful and actionable insights.

Business & Technology Integration

This stream does not require coding experience, just a passion for technology. The B&TI stream offers fast-paced career progression and is similar in nature to consulting.

Cyber Security

Work on pioneering solutions, gaining experience with industry leading clients in our Cyber Security stream. Technical knowledge is required for applicants to this stream.

Application timeline

Our application process includes two online tasks and two interviews. Please visit our How to Apply webpage for full details, dates and tips.

1. Online Application

Applications to our 2024 graduate programme have now closed.

2. Discovery Portal

If you seem suitable for the role, you’ll be invited to the Discovery Portal stage, within 5 working days. It’s a series of short assessments and typically takes 1 hour to complete, but there’s no time limit.

3. Virtual Assessment

Two weeks after the close of applications you may be invited for an interview and virtual assessment. The assessment focuses on solving problems in a virtual environment.

4. Final Interview

The final stage in the application process is a formal one-to-one interview with an Accenture Senior Manager or Managing Director.

GApp – helping to close the digital divide

To help close the digital divide, we have built a WhatsApp based app - or GApp (which you can access via mobile device here) – to help the digitally disadvantaged get access to the digital skills they require. This simple conversational tech tool, allows for easy access and a clear, simple path towards increasing digital skills.

 

GApp can help you:
- Create a digital CV on your phone, 
- Watch short digital skills tutorials directly in Whatsapp, 
- Find out where you can further upskill and 
- Apply to work with Accenture!
