Our Graduate Programme consists of three primary streams: Technology, Analytics and Consulting. Our graduate salaries start at €35,000.
There are 3 technology sub-streams to choose from: Business & Technology Integration, Software Engineering, and Cyber Security. Technology Analysts work across a wide range of industries, developing new solutions to achieve real business results.

The application window for the 2020 Grad Programme is 2nd Sept - 31st Oct 2019. To apply, you must complete a detailed profile and 2 to 3-minute psychometric test. Please note you can apply to only one stream.
If you seem suitable for the role, you’ll be invited to the Discovery Portal stage, within 5 working days. It’s a series of short assessments and typically takes 1 hour to complete, but there’s no time limit.
5-10 working days after completing the Discovery Portal task, you may be invited for an interview and assessment in virtual reality (VR). The assessment focuses on solving problems in a virtual environment.
Deciding what to do after college can be daunting. This is Accenture (Nov 8th) gives you a deeper insight into life at Accenture. You'll meet potential colleagues and get a flavour of how we work to help you make a confident decision.
The final stage in the application process is a formal one-to-one interview with an Accenture Senior Manager or Managing Director.
Successful candidates can expect to receive an offer in December. We’ll be in touch to agree your start date and you must provide evidence of your academic results and references, before joining.
