Career progression

We strive to support our graduate employees towards promotion to Consultant within three years of joining.

Your dedicated career counsellor will help you plan your career, training, and professional development. They will advise you on a path to promotion, which is determined by individual performance and business needs.


Training & development

Our training and development programmes are designed to help you transition from university, to the workplace.

We take great pride in our training programmes. By providing personalised training, we empower our graduates to develop the confidence, skills and expertise to excel in their careers.

All grads receive the following training (at minimum):

  1. New joiner introduction course (3-5 days)
  2. 1-2 weeks of training in an international training centre
  3. FORM training on 5 core skills:
    1. Storytelling
    2. Value Creation
    3. Design Thinking
    4. Data Fluency
    5. Agile
  4. On-the-job training
  5. Learning on-demand – an extensive range of bite-sized learning modules of 5-10 minutes are available on a variety of topics
